Glad you liked! I only just joined in the last week so you didn't miss me, i wasn't there! Tinderbox is a lovely part of the world so expect to see some pics from there at one time or another! In case you missed the news, there was a big fire in the Myer in the city a few weeks back so there will be some more pics appearing on here soon! Meg - i wondered whether it would have been an all male thing. Apparently here we have an active Taiko drumming community and after seeing the performance on the weekend i am considering doing the adult education course to learn how to play myself. And yes it is a very athletic performance - there was one way that they played by virtually doing sit ups. Jilly – Thanks. Glad you liked! Sooo.... times a'changing. I understand in Korea it's a women's thing - or at least women have been playing just as long. No matter, I hear it's a great workout!
