We don’t really celebrate Halloween here but i thought i would include a photo that i find just a little … spooky. This shot was taken late at night during winter last year at Blackmans Bay on the night of a full moon and i had intended to capture a night time shot of the moonlight on the water. Instead i got this one with blue sky and with a weird combination of lighting from the streetlights and the moon making some of the picture look more like daylight than night.

Sadly this was in the days when i still relied on my old 35mm film camera so i didn’t know what i had until the film was developed. Otherwise I would have experimented a lot more.
