The Calm Before the Storm

The Bellerive Cricket Ground today. Its very much the calm before the storm as tomorrow morning the second Test of Australia vs Sri Lanka starts tomorrow for what could be up to five days although being an Aussie i wouldn’t mind seeing a good game with a crushing defeat of Sri Lanka! I have my tickets for all days now and am looking forward to the game!

Yes .. I think we will smash the Sri Lankans.
I don’t want to hear that word “chucker” ! Only our “soon-to-depart” Prime Minister would call Murali a chucker on national television.
Ha !

I must check the score. Hope it is a good day! Have caught up with your blog, looks good, I guess it is fairly recent. Not many from this land are in the CDP club.

Gigi - thanks = its so far so good!
John - after day one i think smash is very likely. As for PMs saying those sorts of thing my favourite is still Bob Hawke on the day we won the Americas cup saying “Any boss who sacks someone today is a bum” or similar
Julia - it was a good day. And no, not many Aussies, yet anyway. I am soon to start a second daily photoblog but i am not sure when i will get to it
