View from the Hill

About the game: Australia was dominant in day 3 of the test between Australia and Sir Lanka being played at Hobart’s Bellerive Oval. Sri Lanka started the day at 0-25 and were dismissed for 246 before Australia elected not to enforce the follow on.
About the hill: Once almost every cricket ground had a hill where spectators good stand and sit to watch the game but over time most in Australia have now been replaced by grandstands. The Bellerive hill is divided into the wet and the dry areas, the former where alcohol can be consumed. In the wet area it can be quite a party atmosphere and at times troublesome with such terrible crimes committed as starting the Mexican wave and bouncing beachballs. Luckily there are generally more security staff and police in the area to ruin any chance of fun.

Haha, no i was not on the gate, i was positioned on the hill in roaming mode for the 5 days, looking like a zombie by the end because i work nights in a nightclub also. I have a 1d mark III and was admiring how many of them were around the ground, though obviously i wanted to steal their lenses.
