The Pacific Star visiting Hobart today. Also a bonus shot from the same location as a long shot showing the view towards Hobart and showing Mt Wellington and the city.

  2. I can distinguish very little (the pictures show very small on my screen), but Hobart seems to have a beautiful harbor.

  6. Febux – Hobart has a big deep natural harbour. When white settle men arrived in 1804 there were whales swimming in the river until the whaling industry did them in. More recently a number of Nimtz class aircraft carriers have visited that have been dwarfed within the river.

    Abraham – i don’t know. I expect being based in Oceania i doubt it as its route doesn’t go near the USA.
