Rock in Troubled Waters

While not strictly within the Hobart area this time exposure shot is one that i was quite happty with. It was shot at 1/5 of a second to produce the white effect of the water with the wave coming in.

Fantastic. Flowing water is a tricky one, but you’ve mastered the misty white effect. Superb.

how cool?
1/5 of a second isn’t overly long, long enough to hold the camera by hand without blur. Did you use a tripod or hold the camera?
love how soft the water is in contrast with the rock.
