Just a Wisp of Cloud

Seen here, much of the City Centre and Mt Wellington from last weekend. It started off a little overcast but as the day went on it got clearer until there was just this wisp of cloud and then it too was gone!

Nice view of the town as it goes up the hill.

The City of Hobart (founded 1804), has one of the most majestic situations of any city that I know of. Not only is there Mt. Wellington for background, but the Derwent River at Hobart is wide and imposing. Taken together, they very much remind me of the most impressive sections of the Hudson River, running through the Catskill Mountains, here in New York State.
