I have decided to post a few more pictures from the South West of Tasmania rather than around Hobart. Today’s shot is of part of the needles, so named i guess because they look like needles i guess. They stand at 1021m above sea level while the road below is at 651m. Its a wet place too with an annual rainfall at this point of 190cm (1900 mm). In comparison Hobart’s average annual rainfall is a mere 651 mm.
