Gardening

The nice thing about visiting Richmond is that the farms come right up to the edge of Richmond. Hear this couple was working in their field although I don’t know how much longer they will be able to keep watering. Their irrigation water I assume comes from the coal river which is right now far from reliable since the Craigborne dam dried out. I guess then it will look as dry as the hill in the background.

Hi Kris, yes hopefully some of it fell on Richmond. I haven’t had the chance to check the rainfall figures and have to head out shortly
Julie – me too – I like them also because they can be a huge contrast from the city scenes i often photograph
