		<description>Wonder if placing the flowers by the side of the road for accident victims is common in all countries. In the US, we have that tradition. The saddest one I saw recently was a young teen who was walking on a nearby railroad track this spring. He was listening to his iPod and didn&#039;t hear the train coming...........
