On a cold and wet winters day in Hobart with snow below the 700 metre mark in some places according to this particular tempreture guage it was a balmy 94 degrees centigrade. Thats 202F.

This is my contribution to the monthly theme “no” -
The July theme day is to post a picture of a sign in your town that includes the text “no”. For example, “no smoking, no loitering, etc…” Of course it is not limited to that. Sign can be in another language as long as a translation is provided. As always, be as creative as you can when choosing your shot!

This is the view from the eleventh floor of the government offices at 10 Murray Street.Suprisingly most of the 11th floor is open with an area used for BBQ in summer and most of the rest of the time just by the buildings smokers.

Theme Day: My Corner Local Shop
This is my contribution to the City Daily Photo Blogs monthly theme “My Local Corner Shop”. I don’t have a corner shop anywhere near where i live (just an photogenic shopping centre) so i instead picked one relatively close to work. Its a Bakery and Restaurant which i have eaten at a few times. Oh and i forgot about getting a photo for theme day until today so it wasn’t open on the Sunday.
